    Essential Ingredients

Eggnog: This creamy concoction features a velvety mix of milk, cream, sugar, and beaten eggs, spiked with nutmeg or cinnamon. The brand you choose will flavor your latte, so pick a good-quality one.

Coffee: Tradtionally lattes are made with espresso, and you can use that or strong coffee in this drink.

Syrup: Vanilla syrup, made from vanilla beans, sugar, and water, will add this a sweet, aromatic essence to the latte. Again, look for a quality brand, like Torani, or you can make it from scratch.

    How to make

    Steps for making Eggnog latte.

    1. Combine the milk, eggnog, coffee, vanilla, vanilla syrup and cinnamon in a blender (A) and blend until smooth (B). Alternately, you can mix with an electric mixer.

    2. Transfer to a small saucepan (C) and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through (D).

      3. Pour into serving mugs and top with whipped cream dusted with cinnamon.

      Recipe Tips

Quality Ingredients: Start with high-quality eggnog and freshly brewed espresso for a rich and flavorful base.

Perfect Froth: Froth the eggnog well for a creamy texture. Use a milk frother or steam wand for optimal frothiness.

Sweetness Control: Taste your eggnog before adding sweeteners. Adjust sweetness according to personal preference to avoid overloading with sugar.

Temperature Matters: Heat the eggnog gently to avoid curdling. Optimal temperature ensures a comforting, warm latte.

Experiment with Spices: Explore spices like cinnamon or a hint of clove to add depth to your eggnog latte.e.

Iced Eggnog Latte: Try a refreshing twist by serving your eggnog latte over ice, perfect for warmer seasons.
