Iced Pumpkin Chai Latte

This iced pumpkin chai latte is made with real pumpkin, spices, and cream and is ready in just under 10 minutes. You can buy chai tea to make this latte, or instructions to make your own are also included below. And although I love this iced, I've also added directions for serving it warm. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbs. pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp. sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 Tbs. heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup strong brewed chai or black tea, chilled
  • ½ cup oat, soy or regular milk

Instructions

  • In a glass measuring cup or bowl, combine the pumpkin purée, sweetened condensed milk, and ½ teaspoon of the pumpkin pie spice and mix well.
  • Add the cream and whisk until blended.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice, then pour in the chilled tea.
  • Froth the milk if desired. Pour the milk into the glass and spoon the foam on top. Sprinkle with the remaining pumpkin pie spice and serve.

Notes

I love this chai latte iced, but you could also enjoy it warm. Simply combine the chai tea, pumpkin purée, sweetened condensed milk, and ½ teaspoon of the pumpkin pie spice in a small saucepan and heat, stirring often, until hot. Pour the mixture into a mug and top with steamed milk, spooning the foam on top. Sprinkle with the remaining pumpkin pie spice.
