Just 4 ingredients: fresh mango sugar lime juice ginger juice
Combine mango, sugar, lime juice and ginger juice in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring and mashing the mango with a fork, until the mixture has thicken.
Let cool, then serve on crackers with goat cheese, added to a smoothie, swirled into yogurt, spooned over ice cream....and the list goes on and on.
