Apple Walnut Cheesecake Bars

If you like cheesecake and apple pie, then this recipe for apple cheesecake bars is for you, and it’s easy to make. Drizzle with caramel sauce for a dessert that’s a bit more decadent.

Ingredients

CRUST AND TOPPING Walnuts | Sugar | Flour Baking Powder | Salt Unsalted Butter | Egg

FILLING Cream Cheese | Sugar Egg | Lemon | Apples

Make the crust and crumb topping in a food processor.

With your fingertips, press the dough evenly into the bottom of a prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, mix the cheesecake mixture.

Spread the apple slices evenly on the bottom crust and pour the cream cheese filling on top followed by crumb mix. Bake for 40 minutes.

Cut into 24 bars. Place the bars on serving plates and drizzle with some good store-bought caramel sauce.
