Roasted Green Beans with Garlic and Lemon

Roasting brings out the sweetness of the green beans, and garlic and lemon add more flavor, but keep the dish simple enough to be ready in under 30 minutes.

Toss the beans with olive oil, garlic slices, lemon zest and salt.

Spread beans on a baking sheet and roast at 450F for 15 minutes, until tender.
