Mac and Cheese Bites

Deliciously rich, creamy and topped with crispy cheesy bread crumbs, these easy-to-make bites are comfort food at its best and the perfect appetizer!

Cook the pasta until al dente, drain well.

Melt butter and stir in flour. Add milk and whisk until bubbling, about 5 minutes. Add egg yolk and paprika and stir until well bended.

Stir in the pasta until  well coated.

Spoon the mixture into mini or standard muffin pan cups, and top with breadcrumbs tossed with grated cheese. Bake until golden and top is crispy.

Serve warm and  enjoy!
