Eggnog Bread Pudding

If you're looking for an easy and impressive holiday dessert, this eggnog bread pudding is absolutely delicious and will leave everyone wanting more.

Mix the custard ingredients. Add day old French bread cubes and dried fruit and let stand for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice.  

Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 325F  until golden, about 50 minutes. 

Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
