Easy Homemade  Lemon Pudding in 15 minutes!

If you have 15 minutes and  the ingredients on hand,  this pudding can be whipped  up for dessert any night  of the week.  Here's how >>>

INGREDIENTS 3/4 cup sugar 3 Tbs. cornstarch 1 cup whole milk 1 cup heavy cream 2 Tbs. lemon zest 1/2 cup fresh lemon  juice 1 tsp. lemon paste  extract, optional 1/4 tsp. table salt

Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan, whisking to blend.

Cook, whisking frequently at first and constantly toward the end, until thickened.

Strain pudding through a seive, then spoon into serving bowls.

Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy!
