Asparagus Tart
This easy tart is ready in just 30 minutes—and the variations are endless!

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1/3 cup Boursin cheese
1/3 cup mascarpone
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 lb. thin asparagus,
1 Tbs. olive oil
Kosher salt
Fresh herbs for garnish
Unfold pastry on a piece of parchment paper and roll out to a
9 x 13 rectangle. Transfer with paper to baking sheet.

Run a butter knife around pastry to form a border, about 1-inch in from the edge (don’t cut all the way through).

Spread a mixture Boursin and mascarpone cheese over pastry, inside border

Grate fresh lemon zest over the cheese.
