Sweet Potato  S0uffle

 Made with velvety smooth mashed sweet potatoes and a crunchy pecan topping, this is a recipe that is utterly to die for!

Bake sweet potatoes until tender, scoop flesh into bowl.

Mash sweet potatoes, then add butter, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Spread sweet potato mixture into a baking dish. Make topping by mixing together chopped pecans, brown sugar, flour and butter.

Spread topping over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350°F until golden, about 50 minutes.
