Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites  (air-fryer and oven)

These crispy Buffalo cauliflower bites or “wings” deliver spicy goodness in every bite!

1 head cauliflower,  cut into bite-size  pieces 1/2 cup rice flour, or  almond or soy 1 Tbs. cornstarch 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cayenne 1/4 tsp. black pepper 2 Tbs. butter 1 Tbs. hot sauce


Make the batter: Combine rice flour, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper until blended. Add the almond milk and stir well.

Pour the mixture over the cauliflower florets and toss to coat well.

Arrange the florets on a parchment-lined prepared baking sheet.

Bake @450F in oven or 375 in Air Fryer or 20 minutes, turning the florets after 10 minutes, until crispy.

Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and some carrot and celery sticks
