Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake with Pecan Crust

This luxurious cheesecake has a velvety smooth, spiced pumpkin filling and a pecan and graham cracker crust.

Mix crust ingredients. Press evenly in 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes, or until just set. Let cool.

Beat together filling ingredients; pour over crust.

Bake until center is set (the cake may just barely begin to crack), 1 hour 15 minutes. Let cool.

To serve, beat topping ingredients until soft peaks form. 

Top cheesecake with the whipped cream and enjoy!
