How to Make Gravy

For some, gravy is the best part of a turkey dinner. And it's not hard to get it right!

1. Defat the drippings and add flour. 

2. Slowly whisk in a little broth until smooth.

3. Whisk in more broth and cook until thickened. 

Serve warm and enjoy!
