Fast No-Yeast Cinnamon Buns

If you’re craving warm, homemade cinnamon buns but don’t have the time to make the yeast leavened dough, this easy recipe for no-rise cinnamon buns is your answer.

DOUGH Cottage Cheese | Buttermilk Granulated Sugar  Unsalted Butter Vanilla Extract | Flour Baking Powder | Salt Baking Soda FILLING Unsalted Butter | Brown Sugar Cinnamon | Allspice Chopped Pecans GLAZE Confectioner's Sugar Milk | Vanilla Extract

Make the dough in a food processor. 

Scrape the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it with floured hands 4 or 5 times until smooth.

With a lightly floured rolling pin, roll the dough into a 12×15-inch rectangle.

Brush the dough with the melted butter. Sprinkle a sugar and spice mixture over the dough. And then sprinkle on nuts. 

Starting at a long edge, roll up the dough jelly-roll style. Slice into roll and place in prepared pan. 

Bake until golden brown and firm to the touch. Make the glaze and drizzle over cooled rolls.
