Chicken Florentine

Made with perfectly seared, juicy chicken breasts and a creamy spinach sauce, this dish is so easy to make and can be ready in under 40 minutes!

Sauté the spinach, then drain in colander, pressing to remove excess liquid.

Sauté chicken breasts, then add the sauce ingredients  to skillet. 

Simmer chicken in sauce  for 10 minutes. 

Remove chicken to plate, and simmer sauce to thicken, about 10 minutes. 

Slice chicken and arrange in baking dish. Top with spinach, sauce and parmesan. 

Broil until golden brown,  3 to 5 minutes. Serve hot.
