Albondigas Soup

This classic Spanish and Mexican soupy meatball dish, is pure comfort. It's a hearty and soul-warming meal.

Combine the meatball ingredients and form mixture into 20 meatballs.

Brown the meatballs and remove. Make the broth, then add the meatballs and simmer.

Cook the pasta, drain and add some sauce.

Serve the pasta topped with meatballs and broth.
